We ended 2025 with a Building Neighborhoods Fund distribution to two recipients.
The bulk of the fund went to a local family that suddenly lost a beloved husband and father. Our heart goes out to the family members, and many thanks to Kekeli Olympio—one of our best agents—for bringing the Go Fund Me page (linked below) to our attention!
The balance of the fund went to Locust Street Art, an incredible organization that provides access to the arts for all. During 2025, they offered over 550 art classes for FREE!
We received a heartfelt thanks from Emma Brittain-Hardy, Locust Street’s executive director, saying:
“[Your donation] actually brought me to tears as it pushed us over our end-of-year goal! I am just so filled with gratitude.“
