Some people think we’re crazy for choosing the name Flipped Realty. Admittedly, the name is a bit unorthodox, but we love it anyway. Here are a few reasons why we felt it was a good fit for us.
- Buying and rehabbing houses, also known as “flipping,” is a big part of our business model. The name is simple and to the point. Just like us.
- Some people do what we do without seriously considering the outcomes of their actions. That’s not us. We’re committed to buying at a fair price, selling at a fair price, and reinvesting in our community.
- We are dedicated to being mindful about what we do and why. We’re not afraid to hold ourselves accountable, to get creative, or to step outside the lines (but still within the legal limits, of course) to find solutions.
In other words, we’re all about flipping the status quo and creating something new!
