One of our stellar agents—Danita Looney—recently shared a social media post about one of her closings. As an excellent agent, this was not a rare occurrence. Yet, this post caught my attention.
Danita talked about how impressed she was with her client—Ms. Jasmine Carter. Ms. Carter is the mother of eight children, and she faced many obstacles in buying a home for her family. Danita describes that Ms. Carter wanted to give up, but thanks to a great agent and many supportive people in her village, Ms. Carter persevered.
As I looked at the picture of Ms. Carter and her beautiful family and read her story, I knew I had found our next B.N.F. recipient.
